How to run DOS Program on Linux

I want to run a DOS Program on a Linux shell, on the command prompt I typed the name of the dos exe program, and a message of command not found appears, any help?

You'll need a DOS emulator for Linux. One good one is DOSEMU and can be found at:

http://www.dosemu.org/

Try Wine @ www.winehq.com

In theory, you can run any windows apps ( including DOS ) under it on a Linux Platform.
