Question

How to run ios games on M1 Mac without emulator?

By wendywangg2015 ·
M1 can run iOS apps now, so I bought an M1 Mac, but I downloaded it from the Mac App Store without my data from my phone. Some iOS apps are not even searchable in the Mac App Store.

You go to the App Store on your M1 Mac, ensure that you are logged into the store with the same account that your iPhone uses.
Switch to IOS apps, search for the app you want and then download it.
Apparently there are some apps that will not run, so It could be a trial and error thing.

I think, what @wendywangg2015 meant, is that they downloaded the Mac version of an app instead of an iOS one.
And yes, you're right, switching to iOS apps on App Store will work. Here's the detailed instructions: https://www.macrumors.com/how-to/install-any-ios-app-m1-mac/.
