How to screenshot an application (incognito) on smartphone or on pc

How could I screen discussions, on phones, on apps that show you have screen. Also on PC. Strange question but I was given a special site where I could screen without being seen. But I don’t understand how it works. I tried and it works but I want to get some real advice.Thanks, here is the link:

Google don’t allow to take a screenshot in Incognito tabs.
It dose not matter whether you are using it on your cell phone or on your personal computer.

Step 1- Open your Android mobile phone and open the google chrome web browser. Step 2- Click on the address or search bar on the Google Chrome page. Step 3- Type – chrome://flags in the search bar. Step 4 – Open the chrome://flags page and search for ” incognito screenshot
