You can use Server Manager to view who is logged into server.
For Windows 2000/XP/2003 you can use Computer Management, Shared Folders, Sessions.

This command allow me to see who is accessing my server through sessions.

But what I need to know is who is actually log in to my server. Can I use Terminal Services Manager?

You could try nbstat -a machinename. I used that to identify which user was using a workstation in my NT environment. Hope that helps.
