how to select data from .txt file and put into word using code

Hi Guys, I am trying to automate word 2003 template to get data from a .txt file and input to bookmarks in the word doc based on a refcode that the user enters.
ie. User enters refcode ‘Line2’ in a form in word and data from the .txt file is collected into word. (in this case; White Black Pink)

The text file data is saved:
Line1,Blue,Red,Yellow
Line2,White,Black,Pink
Line3,Orange,Grey,Green

have tried to code but not succesfull – any help suggestions please, Thanks B
