How to send alert emails at a specific time

By prabhathandoo ·
I need help with a problem that I am stuck with. Here's whats happening;
-I get an email on my email address email@abc.com
-I want this email to be forwarded to my another email address email@xyz.com ( I can do this, set an auto forwarder,both these email accounts are configured on the same outlook)
-Now I want that this email is auto forwarded to a Distribution list, test@xyz.com from my email@xyz.com address after 14 hours of it being received.

How is this possible with the least amount of steps? Appreciate the help!

What are you using for a Mail Client here?

by OH Smeg In reply to How to send alert emails ...

It's impossible to give directions if we don't know what is being used.

For example telling you how to configure a Rule to do this in your Apache Server App is pointless if you are not using Apache isn't it?

How to send alert emails at a specific time

by prabhathandoo In reply to How to send alert emails ...

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2010 here as the mail client. One email address (abc.com) is domain and the 2nd one (xyz.com) is a IMAP account ( somewhat like gmail)

I am open to use any other account also for the IMAP, as thats controlled by us, but then there is very little that i can do on the exchange server side of the domain account. Thanks for taking out time for this.
