How to set calendar to view the current week at the top at all times?

In the calendar (month view) the current day is highlighted when opening it, but the current week is not at the top unless it is the beginning of the month. I'm usually not interested in past weeks. I would like to see only the current and future weeks in the calendar.
Is there a way to set it so that the current week is always at the top when opening the calendar?
