Ask you boss to send you to a few Cisco courses to learn how to do it, or to hire some freelancer or consultant with the right experience to do it and to learn you how to manage the company network in the future.

      It’s rather specialised work.
Can you imagine he will have his company car maintained by somebody who is totally new to cars? Or to have the company finances to be done by somebody he is totally new to bookkeeping?

Yes, that’s the usual path. Take the courses, hire someone or google and try it on your own. This setup is not small enough to write a step by step in this small text space.
