How to share a MS Outlook 2002 PST FILE

I have a Pst file created from my Outlook 2002. Another machine with Outlook 2000 used to be to able to see and modify the contents of the Calendar when it was on the database (the Priv file). Now it cannot view the contents of that Calender and the calendar can not be shared.
What steps do I need to take to be able to view the calendar and modify the PST file?
