I have office 2000 installed on 6 machines that are networked, (local installs) and would like all users to share clipart. I know I can point them all to the same directory on the server to get the same clip art, but how do I get them to share the same search keywords. If I apply new keywords for a certain picture on my machine, I currently have to go to each other machine and apply it there for everyone to be able to do a search and find that picture. I would like to be able to do this withoutdoing shared installation of office.
