There’s this error/glitch? on Vista where when you go into the Programs and Features to check on installed programs, some of the icons of the programs are not showing up (though the program does show up but its icon doesn’t show as its original icon, sometimes it’s just a regular icon and sometimes it copies other icons of other programs). And when you click on the program, the uninstall/remove/repair button is not there, even when you right-click it, the right-click menu doesn’t show up. And when you manually uninstall the program from its folder and its uninstall.exe and check back in the Programs and Features, the program is still there on the list of programs. How can this error be solved?
