i am a sys admin for my company,
i have a customer who cant boot their pc, according to them the pc wont boot, they have a blank screen, cant connect to the internet
so i cant login and help them, and they dont have the option to boot in safe mode,
i am thinking it needs a rebuild, but id rather not do that, only as a last resort
anyone got any other ideas on how i can solve this or do i have to go for the rebuild?
