How to stop someone accessing my PC at work

Can anyone advise me how I can stop someone who has a neurotic tendency in accessing my Laptop at my workplace? He used my PC system name to access my desktop, My documents folder, virtually everything, even my private drive. And how can I track if he is doing this all the time when I am logged onto the server?

This is blatantly serious breach of IT security is it not?

Any advice you can provide to me will be greatly appreciated as this guy has 3 siblings who are trained in IT development and security. Really gives me the creeps!

u hasn’t mention that which os u r using.

do one thing create a new user and give any user name and give nay paswd and add this to administrators group

After that rt click on the my computer and goto manage and then a window will open here u click on shares and on the right plane all the shares will open nw right click on all the shares on the rt hand side one by one and then click stop sharing .
Make the list on the rt hand side empty.

now no one is able to access ur computer check it

Note:-Do not share ur new users passwd with anyone.
