I have a remote network user with a brand new Dell Laptop that ever since he took the computer home has been receiving viruses like IRC Trojan, W32.HLLW.Graps, IRC.Backdoor.Trojan, Backdoor.IRC.Zcrew, Backdoor.IRC.Cloner, TrojanDropper. All of theseviruses are detected & deleted with Symantec ACE, but they keep coming. I ran a full system scan on the computer; does anyone have any ideas what I can do to stop them from keep coming?
