How to sync my i-mate PDA2k with Microsoft Outlook 2007

I was using office outlook 2003 and it was working very well sync with my PDA, but now am using outlook 2007 and did sync just the notes, but not the Tasks, calender and the contacts. Microsoft Active sync is saying in front of each one “attention is required” 🙁 and I don’t understand why.

can anybody help me….
does it just work with 2003???
