How to track Users Logon/Logoff events

hi, how to track the users logon and logoff events.clients pc having 2000 and my DC having win 2k3 server.I have tried by applying success and failure audit result through domain security policy. But it has not given the proper solution.Any one pls help with this...

Group Policy

to apply a logon and logoff script.

I use the same small vbscript (except for target folder) to create a file for each user and each workstation giving date, time and anything else I feel like gathering.

It's a bit clunky but it works. My users cannot escape my all-seeing eye. BWAHAHAHAHA!

Can u explain briefly that what type of script that i have to run?I already applied domain security policy audit but that has not work.
