How to transfer a system

By AriesE6 ·
I was trying to transfer the start-up disk sys to a formatted laptop HDD so I can use the CD-ROM (not hot swappable) to install win 98. I had a batch file, but it's been lost.

Stick a bootable diskette in your floppy drive (A:).

From the command prompt, change to that drive:

A: [Enter]

Then enter

SYS C: [Enter]
