How to undo a Lotus Notes archive?

Hi all,

I am an IT Support Assistant in a Community Hospital.

My colleague recently archived some of her emails in Lotus Notes 6/7.

She said that only half of her emails were archived and the rest remained in the inbox.

She now wants to undo the archive.

How should I advise her?

Please help.
