Hi,
I have a DELL Latitude D520 Laptop on which i the USB driver installed and it is not supporting the external hard disk connected. But few USB memory sticks are working and few others are not detected and system says “Install the software” . Can anyone help me in fixing this issue, becaue this very very urgent and i need to take the backup from my Laptop.
