Hi everyone,
I was wondering if there is a possibility to use samba as an application server (i.e. sharing of applications, softwares and databases)and can be accessed from window clients on the same network.
I have set up samba server as PDC (mandriva) with different shares and works fine with windows. The only thing that i can’t figure it out if possible is that creating a share which can contains in databases, including other applications to be stored in a centrall share of samba and accessible from different samba clients.
