I have Exchange 5.5 on Server and Outlook 2000 on Clients.
The mailbox of the users are on personal folders.
I want to allow a secretary to to see her boss’s calendar.
This is what I have done so far:
– On the boss’s outlook Delegate Access to the secretary (Menu Tools|Options|Delegates).
– On the secretary outlook tried to open the calendar folder (Menu File|Open|Other Users’s Folder) but it doesn’t find the folder.
Is it because the calendar folder is on personal folders(.pst files)? If I have to have the calendar on the server, how do I transfer it? How will it work if the boss is offline?
What have I done wrong?
