How to view whitepapers??

By roundsj ·
I've tried 3 whitepapers and I cannot view them.
I login, find the whitepaper I want, click the link that says "View Now", but it seems to log me out, as for me to login again, then takes me to a page w/ the heading that says the title of the page, but only lists suggestions of other whitepapers, etc.
WHAT am I doing WRONG!!??
Thanks.

Check for login

I had a similar situation happen once.
I noticed that even though I had logged in, the login prompt was still at the top right of the page. Try logging in again. That worked for me.

You may also want to empty your Internet Explorer temporary cache. To empty the Internet Cache -
if you are using IE7, open to a browser window, click on Tools, select Internet Options, in the Browsing History section click on Delete and then in the next menu click on Temporary Internet Files 'Delete Files.'
If you are using IE6, click on Tools, select Internet Options and then under Temporary Internet Files click on the Delete Files button.
