    HP 15s-du1068TU Laptop comes with an Intel Celeron N4020 processor. It has a Base Frequency of 1.10 GHz and a Burst Frequency of 2.80 GHz with a 4MB cache. It has 4GB DDR4 RAM and 1 TB HDD on board. It comes with a 15.6″ HD LED display with 1366 x 768 resolution.       I don’t own this exact model but we do have similar laptops at the office.

      These are barely usable. If you have nothing, not even a smartphone, you can slowly get on the web and do basic office work at a glacial pace. Frankly for the same money you should get almost any Chromebook or a smartphone.
