HP 5610 driver for Windows 2003 Server

Pls. 2 questions:

1. Where and how can i get a driver for hp5610 officejet for windows 2003 server?

2. how can i print from a win2003 server machine to hp 5610 printer on a winxp system on my network

No Such Driver

Since HP does not list a Windows Server driver for this printer, you are pretty much out of luck.

You might try the XP or Windows 2000 drivers and see if they will install.

Now, as this is an All-In-One, you typically do NOT have the option to share the printer. They are meant to be local printers ONLY.

Open up the printer properties on the XP system, and see if there is an option to share the printer. Basically, if you cannot share the printer, you cannot print to it from a different system.

Now, if the 2 computers are close enough, you could wire in a USB switch. A USB switch does allow you to share USB devices between computers.

I replaced the officejet 5610 driver with a HP Deskjet 3600 series on windows 2003. Works like a gem.

Please can you let us know where to get the drivers from ad HP website only display all drivers excluding Windows 2003
