Hi There !
I have one user with this weird problem where his laptop runs fine on battery and runs slow on AC power. We have tried other power supply and it runs fine with that.
I know I should buy one but I really want to know why would laptop run slow with AC power on (faulty power supply)?
I could not find any explanation from HP. Any suggestions?
