I recently purchased a hp 762n computer. Recently my display has been going blank at all different times. I have been emailing hp support and have been going nowhere except to do a system restore.After doing this 3 times I refuse to do any more. I told them that the only hardware change I have done to this system was to add a Logitech cordless mouse. They come back with the response that to run at optimum performance that I have to be at the same configuration as when I purchased it. Have you heard that hp’s will now run with third party harware and software ?? Thanks
