I installed a hpcdrw and when logged in as admin it works fine…but when logged in on the domain w/admin rights it blue screens the minute you click to run the software…the BSOD points to MUP.SYS as being the exception error…I’ve talked to HP several times they don’t know why…can any one assist me with this problem…
