Hi guys I have an HP Compaq 6715s that powers on but then locks on the boot screen ( it shows ‘ the HP logo’ press f9 = Boot menu, F10 = Rom based Setup, F12 = Network Service Boot ) none of the afore mentioned keys work and it just hangs there. So far Ive tried swapping the memory, doing a hard reset, reseting the bios. Now I’m at a loss, any ideas as to where the problem might be??
