I have inherited a system which employs a HP jetdirect print server. In accepting this new position there are no driver disks to be found for this server. I went to HP and downloaded the DLM(download manager),the drivers for this print server, andthe jetadmin utilities. I have one machine that is offline and I can’t seem to get it back online (printer I mean). Is there any tid-bits of info to be passed on what I may be doing wrong. I am not able to set the port settings and I have all of the correct IP,subnet,submask numbers and have used them where it called for them. Please forward this if need be to someone who may be able to help. Thanks in advance.
