i am trying to help a friend to grt his laptop straighteng out, he has a hp pavilion v6116 laptop he had to reformat his hard drive a while back and reloaded xp with sp2 he said it was working fine, but his speakers quit working but he could plug a headset in and hear it fine, could you help me with this
