I have 5 trays on the HP LaserJet 8100 printer but trays 4 & 5 every so often just disappear. It appears it started happening when some 2000 Pro computers started using it. The office is mostly NT 4 servers and workstations. The printer is installed locally on a PC and is shared.
Any reason for tray’s 4 & 5 disappearing?
