I have set up an user’s OfficeJet printer, but when they connect to their remote server via Citrix Metaframe, the printer is setup there, but will print out garbage if at all. It sees it as the “default” printer and such. I know the people that manage the remote server have not added any drivers for this printer type and was wondering if there may be a default printer driver that will work for it like the LaserJet 4 or 5 drivers like it does for some of the other business class printers.
