I have a client with a Omnibook XE2 who has locked himself out of it.i need to get the BIOS password removed. HP will not tell me how to do this without the original sales reciept, but the customer has long since lost it.
there was a similar request last year by ‘Daveman’ and he said he found two solder terminals to short to wipe the bios.
does anyone know which ones they are ?
or have any other solutions?
