Need Help!! I purchased a HP Pavilion E2000 laptop from my boss, which I had to re-install win xp home edition. Installation went fine except on reboot, got to win xp load screen and then screen goes black as if there is not video whatsoever. But, weird part is you can hear when xp loads into the desktop.
I booted into safe mode and it works fine, i can get to the desktop. Check video info and it shows two intel 8255 video cards one with a 0 at the end and one with a 1. I tried uninstalling them and doing a reboot, but same thing happens, goes to black screen.
any suggestions?
