The system is running on W98 and the power supply is ok because the fans and hard drive spin. All the cables, cards, SIMMS are correctly connected and seated but nothing appears on the screen. The HDD sounds as though it is no longer being accessed after the initial spin up. Tried using the boot floppy and CD to access a system restore but neither device was able to be accessed. HELP!
