Can anyone help?? I went to start up my laptop- and it was basically dead- absolutely no power at all. We checked outlets, connections, battery in and out, called HP and went through a bunch of things- none of them worked. The cord is fone- was tested and it is sending power out- but it refuses to turn on at all. Has anyone else had this problem? Before I sink a bunch of $ into it, I would like to try to fix it on my own!!! Please advise????
