I have a customer who has an HP Photosmart D7360 printer. o/s is XP and he uses Works spreadsheet. The printer works fine for letters but when he wants to print spreadsheets if you click on print preview a window pops up ‘out of memory’ click ok to continue, you go to print preview. It will then print ok. How do I get rid of the ‘out of memory’ message and what does this mean? I was also getting the message ‘ document and printer settings do not match’ but after I reinstalled the printer this has not reappeared.
