HP printer 1013/2605 vs Cisco 2950/3560

anyone encounter HP printer 1013/2605 keep on up and down in cisco 2950/3560
have check with local HP engineer, and they told me do not have this kind of issue in national even world wide
i had try reset my cisco 2950 as default setting but the result still same

please advice..thx
