My HP DeskJet 694C printer connected to Windows 98 SE PC doesn’t decode character sets other than English, that is I can see, for example, Russian text in MS Word, but when I print the output is not Russian text, but English keyboard characters corresponding to Russian Windows1251 character encoding. So, I can’t print in any language other than English.
