HP Printer & the service running

Folks,

I need to identify all the printers on my network & i was hoping to try SMS to detect them all.

My reason is i need to identify all devices running the telnet service & when i search by the tlntsvr service it only picks up PCs, servers & workstations.

I can’t use WEBAdmin because it picks up printers on a number of networks off a shared backbone.

My intention was to search by the service running on a HP printer using sms but:

1. I’m not sure whether sms will detect these
2. I don’t know the service running on HP printers

any info or advice is welcome
