Wondered if anyone could help me. I all of a sudden started having problems with my printer, i ask it to print, it goes through the motions, it takes in the paper then just spits it out saying printing complete, nothing on the paper. I have been on the HP website and spoke to an adviser, he thought it might be down to driver problems, so i uninstalled then after many attemps to reinstall finally got it going again but come to print and its still having the same problem. I have changed the cartridges, i have tried printing from a different photo programme instead of my usual but still nothing. The only thing i can think of, is the last time i was able to use the printer i did a scan copy of a document which i had never used before. Any ideas?
