I have a HP7700 processor that when booted remains at the hp splash screen for around 5 minutes before it proceeds on to booting the hard drive. If any f key (ie f10,f9 etc) is pressed it will go to that function but once again wait an inordinate amount of time before proceeding. I have reflasshed the bios but it does not seem to help. Any ideas?
