i think i might have deleated my cyberlink youcam the wrong way and now i’m trying to reinsall it from my manufacturers web site (HP) and it wont reinstall .it says that CtrlFactory.dll wasnt found it says reinstaling this applacation might help but i’ve tryed everything,recovery manager,hp.com,other web sites, and now when i try to download cyberlink powerdirector it gives me the same problem.HELP
