Hi, I have a HP Office Jet 5100 Series all in one printer – (I’ll have to check to see which one..) anyway I got a carriage jam, and I tried everything I could to get the carriage unjamed – everything easy, and I just don’t know how to unjam the carriage. Can someone give me some ideas as to what I can do? Thanks so much.
