htm & html Icons not showing (WXP-Pro)

I was on the phone with Microsoft for an hour an a half on this and no fix! My htm and html extensions are not showing the icon. Actually after going into folder options and verifiying this no extension with the HTML Document (file type) is showing icons. Is there a registry entry that could have been corupted? I am looking for a registry entry to do with file types and not extensions… I hope this is clear!

C:\Documents and Settings\Your User Name\Local Settings\Application Data\Iconcache.db
You may have to uncheck the box next to Hide system …? in the Tools\Folder Options\View area.

Actually, didn’t MS tell you that if you boot in Safe Mode and let the OS boot completely then shut down and boot in regular mode that usually the icons are restored?

If not, right-click the desktop and Properties then find the icon you want.
