HTML-Based User Interface

By safrizal ·
How can i implement HTML-based User Interface in my applicaton built with Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 using DHTML or common HTML scripts. I think this is the next generation of user interface design, not Form-based but HTML-based.
For Example, MS Outlook Express.

I have tried some of the html to server programs such as Cold Fusion, IHTML, and SQLSERVER but I found a very inexpensive one that works fine. It is called HOTSQL and can be found at www.download.com the program is around $60 and you simple add a hotsql.exe in the server's \bin and write sql statements in your html page. look it up, give it a try, I think this is what you were asking about. Good Luck.

I'm sure JAVA based applications will stick around for awhile for web based applications, but using ASP (VBScript and ADO), Javascript and HTML forms, one can easily develop a web-enabled database application. A tool I use is HomeSite from Allaire. You even get a trial version of ColdFusion, all for about $95.
