HTML Mailto problem

The form is not dynamic. It needs to be acted upon via a form field with event properties such as a button.
Try this:
<%@LANGUAGE="VBSCRIPT" %>
<%Session("sv_addr")="alawa@attbi.com"
%>
<html><head</head><body>
<form name="form2" method="post" action="Mailto:<%=Session("sv_addr")%>?subject=Management notes update" Enctype="text/plain">
<input type=submit>
</form>
It will invoke your email default "new message" interface.
If you wish to have your email sent dynamically without user action, you may want to refer to the use of CDONTS component and SMTP.
Hope that answered your question.
