HTML Outlook Custom Form

I recently received a custom form created in HTML. There is a box to attach a file in and it is called DocSiteControl1. CAn someone tell me what it is and how I can add this to my controls? I am starting to create many custom forms and this seemslike a good object once I find out where to get it and gfind out what it is all about.
