Huge lottery wins — a new scam?

I am regularly invited to participate in some lottery or other in my email. I am not interested.

But in the past three days I have been informed of huge wins in two online lotteries, which claim that my email address has been selected from a search on the web.

One million Euros from the Netherlands, and $750,000 from Belgium.

Well I guess some dumb bunnies give details of their bank accounts in order to access their “wins,” and the scammers draw from these accounts.
