hyperlink

I have created a purchase order direction cover sheet; I have put hyperlinks throughout the cover for staff to go to. At the end of cover, I inserted a hyperlink that brings the user right to the purchase order form, but I actually wanted it to go to an updated current month form. Unfortunately I am not certain as to how to make the hyperlink automatically redirect to the current month, other than directly go into the cover sheet and do an update to the hyperlink on the cover monthly.
